Who is TutorOS for?
Home tutors, online tutors, tuition teachers, small academies and coaching centers. It's simple enough for one tutor with ten students and organised enough for an academy with several teachers.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TutorOS runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Parents and students log in from their own phones.
Can parents see their child's progress?
Yes. On the Professional and Academy plans, parents get their own login showing attendance, homework, results, timetable and fees. A parent with several children can switch between them.
Which currencies can I charge fees in?
GBP, USD, EUR and PKR, so it works for tutors in the UK, Pakistan and elsewhere.
Is there a free trial?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Professional features. After that you can stay on the Free plan or choose a paid plan. We never delete your data because a trial ends.
Is my students' data safe?
Each tutoring business has a completely separate workspace. Tutors, parents and students only see what their role allows, sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log, and student profiles are never public or visible to search engines.
Can I move my records from Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Send us your spreadsheet and we'll help you bring your students and parents across when you start.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly with no contract. You can export your data whenever you like.
