These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TechBide website at techbide.co.uk ("Website") and the purchase of training services provided by TechBide, operated by Bilal Bashir ("TechBide", "we", "us"). By accessing the Website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our services.

2. Services

TechBide provides online cybersecurity training services including:

• Self-paced video courses with downloadable resources
• One-to-one live training sessions via video call
• Career coaching and certification preparation guidance
• Access to a member dashboard and downloadable materials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from TechBide. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

To access purchased content, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@techbide.co.uk. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

5. Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise TechBide to charge the applicable fees. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the TechBide Website and within our courses — including videos, slides, notes, lab materials, and written content — is owned by or licensed to TechBide and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course content for your personal, non-commercial education only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course materials
• Share your login credentials with others
• Record, upload, or publicly display course content
• Use course materials to create competing training products
• Sell or sublicense access to our content

7. Acceptable Use

TechBide provides cybersecurity training for legal and ethical purposes only. You agree to:

• Use all knowledge and techniques learned solely for lawful purposes
• Only conduct security testing on systems you have explicit written permission to test
• Not use training materials to conduct illegal hacking, cyberattacks, or any criminal activity
• Comply with all applicable laws including the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (UK)

TechBide accepts no liability for any unlawful or unethical use of techniques learned through our training.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is". While we strive for the highest quality, we make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, exam pass rates, or specific skill development timescales. Individual results will vary depending on effort, prior knowledge, and application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechBide's total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms
